I really thought yesterday’s work out (upper body weights) was easier than any we did the week before. In fact, I wasn’t in pain at all last night!
Then I woke up this morning and tried to get out of my bed. My biceps hurt so badly, I almost couldn’t push myself up.
Turns out, we did do some good yesterday. I just hope we don’t have to do too many push ups today because my arms HURT.
